I do not recommend this company for US customers for multiple reasons: 1) Absolutely inefficient communication, only work China hours so it took us almost 3+ months for us to place our order, no whatsapp option available for off hours conversation, strictly business hours, this might work for some but definitely not for many who prefer effective and quick communication, 2) Communication gap is a major challenge - Requested a specific style of bag, despite asking this question in the chat and no response, ended getting a completely incorrect style bag that does not fit the quantity that we expected, the quantiy is already printed on the bags so no use for 4000 bags that we were forced to order due to MoQ Honestly I want refund for the screw up but that option despite expressing my concern was not offered. Very disappointed because between ordering time and receiving it took more than 6 months now only to find out an alternative. Yes quality is good but what will do with the qualtit

Response from supplier:
1. We do have whatsapp, but you never asked for the whatsapp option. As usual, some people like using alibaba thought safety, in addition, when we ask customers to whatsapp actively, the alibaba will warn us, so we usually didn't ask for customers to contact by whatsapp proactively.
2. About the bag style, we made the confirmation with you by samples (samples sent to your hands)/ words/ pics and size template, all of both we confirmed are stand up pouch. But you just said it should be flat bottom pouch when the bags finished and been delivered to you.
3. Due to this problem, we already propose a solution that we can use photos and videos to check details in the future. Also, we can make a call and video.
4. Although it was not our fault, we also promise to give you a discount for your next order.
